If you are a NILS learning program, anyone will be able to speak English. Because NILS 's learning program is PDCA. PLAN (计划) DO (Execution) CHECK (执行) ACT (起色) First of all, I will decide TOEIC score goal and learning plan by entrance examination. Based on the plan, we will conduct daily learning and review and improve the learning plan according to the result by repeated simulated tests. We will do this PDCA targets. TARGET SCORE GUIDELINES


 Improve their Listening and Academic Reading skills. Students target score is given after the student takes the assessment test.

 The student after taking the assessment test. If they get 400 as their TOEIC score, an amount of 200 points is added; Making their target score 600. Once they take their mock test they must get a high score. If they get 500 on the 1st mock test it is allowed as their previous score was 400. The next exam should not fall below 500. To summarize, the student mus increase or maintain their score after each exam.

 The students is not allowed to go below the highest score they have attained. If their highest score was 600 then they must maintain the score or get a higher score. 2 consecutive failed exams is equivalent to no refund.

 The student should not get total of 3 failed mock exams as it will result to having no refund.

Note: Even if there will be no refund we will still guarantee the student that they will get their target score if they study harder. The student can still continue with finishing their course.

 If on the next exam the student is unable to reach their expected progress (Ex. Instead of getting 500 or 550 they scored a 450). It is equivalent to having failed the test and must follow the course policy with regards to failing the mock test.

 On the account of failing their test, counseling will be given by their assigned "Teacher-Adviser". They will be assessed to what their need for improvement is.

 On the instance that they have surpassed their expected target score. (Ex. Target is 600 but the student has been scoring 700, 720, 730). The target score will not change and will remain as is.

 If the student has already taken the actual TOEIC test. The test scoore's valid for one month only. The studentis still required to take the assessment test. Upon receiving the score from the assessment; Both scores (Actual TOEIC score and TOEIC Assessment Test Score) Will be compared. The lower score will be used as the basis for their target score.

 Students who scored lower than 400 during the assessment test are to take 1 month of General ESL course. Provided that after one month, they are to retake the assessment test and must score above 400. They can finish the remaining 12 week TOEIC Sparta program after but with no guarantee.

Option A

Option A(No Guarantee) Duration = 12 Weeks
General ESL 4 Weeks
TOEIC Sparta 8 Weeks

 Students who scored lower than 400 during the assessment test are to take 1 month of General ESL course. Provided that after one month, they are to retake the assessment test and must score above 400. They can then enroll to the 12 week TOEIC Sparta program after with Guarantee.

Option B

Option B(with Guarantee) Duration = 16 Weeks
General ESL 4 Weeks
TOEIC Sparta 12 Weeks

 Students who scored lower than 400 during the assessment test can choose to take 3 months of General ESL course. Provided that after 3 months, they are able to get a score above 400. They can then enroll to the 12 week TOEIC Sparta program with guarantee.

Option C

Option C(with Guarantee) Duration = 24 Weeks
General ESL 12 Weeks
TOEIC Sparta 12 Weeks

 If they still do not reach the expected score of above 400 they are advised that their TOEIC score is not guaranteed and that the course is none refundable. They may continue to join the course and finish their education. They can also enroll for General ESL.



SUBJECT CLASS CONTENT
VOCABULARY Different words are presented and how they are used. Sample sentences are given for them to be guided.
READING Can be very challenging but this subject highlights the best strategies that would help students arrive at the correct answer. Comprehension, generalization and linguistic skills are developed in this subject.
LISTENING Can be very hard since listening to a native speaker is not a common interest for most Asian students but this subject highlights the best strategies that would help them arrive at the correct answer. Comprehension, assumption and linguistic skills are developed in this subject.
WRITING Various writing topics are presented and students are taught on the techniques in answering the written tests. Writing topics are presented and students are taught on the techniques in answering the written tests.
SPEAKING Question type familiarization. Students are trained how to respond to certain questions by finding the key points, right words, effective strategy and eventually deliver the best answers.
COACHING This subject would provide the student an assigned Teacher-Adviser who will assist them with their progress and also help them understand the lessons that they have difficulty. The Teacher-Adviser will track their daily progress and will further guide them as course goes on.
DISCUSSION This is a group class which aims to develop the communication skills of the student while using listening and speaking exercises and topics as basis for discussion.
MEDIA This is a group class that aims to develop the students understanding of the images being used in the TOEIC exam wherein the students are to formulate their own understanding and description of each images given. The Friday class will feature a Full Length English Film to which they will watch and understand. The students will use the film as a basis for their topics during discussion classes.
SELF-STUDY This subject aims to give the student the necessary time to review all materials learned on the day and be able to answer or finish activities due the next day.
